Our Transformation Package is our most in depth 1-2-1 personal training coaching programme within our private training studio. We will closely guide you through your personalised training and nutritional programme via the number of 1-2-1 personal training session you would like per week. We run our coaching programme on a 4 week basis to give you and us flexibility with your training. We pride ourselves in teaching you everything you need to know so you feel confident to progress and sustain results in the future. In order for long term success, knowledge is vital.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled must be rescheduled within that month otherwise session with be classified as unattended and therefore lost.

Ben Herring5 StarI cant recommend joining VJ Fitness enough, i have been going for 8 weeks now and the changes both mentally and physically have been amazing. I found myself hovering over the website for weeks but i was really nervous at taking the plunge, all i can say is don't be. Jordan is a great coach, has made me feel welcome and comfortable since the my first session. If you are thinking of joining VJ Fitness then do it, you wont regret it.Sunday 26th June 2022
ryarsh5 StarHaving always been deterred by busy gyms and a lack of knowledge, VJ fitness was recommended to me by a friend and since using their personal training/nutrition services, I have never looked back. After a few months, I am a stone lighter in weight and have seen significant gains in strength, overall fitness and confidence. Jordan and Victoria are excellent at what they do, keep sessions fun, varied and are always supportive and enthusiastic. Would thoroughly recommend. JamesTuesday 26th April 2022
Tracey Woods5 StarI started training with Jordan at VJ Fitness around 8 weeks ago after joining gyms many times in the past and going a few times then just giving up. I really needed to do something different this time. After recommendations from friends I thought I would give VJ Fitness a try. I have to say I really am amazed at how far I have come in a short space of time. Not only have I got fitter but it has actually been fun as well! Jordan has made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me at each session, also giving me advice, tips on training at home and nutrition and convincing me that no matter what age you are, it really doesn't matter, you can progress if you put the effort in. I see this as an ongoing change to my life for the better and I'm looking forward to seeing how much further I can improve. Whether you are 18 or 80 (I'm 54), VJ Fitness can really help you feel good about yourself and the progress you can make. 100% recommended!Friday 20th May 2022
Laura Shillito5 StarI cannot recommend VJ Fitness enough, I’ve mainly trained with Jordan and the results are outstanding. He is highly motivating and passionate about what he does, making sure your training plans are tailored for you and adjusted when required.

Victoria is encouraging, knowledgeable and makes each session different.
