Top gym. Top coaches. I’ve been training on and off with fighting fit for nearly a year now and I have nothing but praise for the fighters and the coaches. A top gym that focus on the grassroots of boxing and Wayne is a top coach. 🙏

My little boy is 6 and he has been attending boxing sessions at The Academy Dover for nearly a year. He wanted to join 'ninja' club and I wanted to get him into something that would keep him fit but also give him discipline. So many people recommended The Academy but I wasn't too sure about my son boxing! We did however give it a go and nearly a year on he still loves it! He's made new friends and all the staff are really friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

What an amazing place to train. The staff and coaches are superb and really know their stuff. I currently attend a few times a week as part of a charity boxing programme and can't recommend it enough. They take you through it at a comfortable pace making your progression easier, easing anxiety and boosting confidence.The Academy are inclusive no matter your skill level, age, gender or level of needs. A very friendly and welcoming place to come. Thank you Academy
