Our 42 station fitness suite boasts the latest Technogym equipment to make your workout as enjoyable as possible. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are at hand if you want to step up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs. Take advantage of our sports facilities including a 4 court indoor Sports Hall and 3G pitch. Members can bring their children or a friend to play selected racquet sports with them for free! Sports include - Badminton and Short Tennis. Other activities available at the centre include Football, Netball, Basketball and indoor cricket.

This would be so much better if they didn't constantly pump out god awful radio. Unsurprisingly, Lenny Henry banging on about Premier Inn doth not inspire. Not that I have an issue with Prem Inn, or anyone who identifies as a bed. I'm less concerned about dropping a 100k bench press than I am of having permanently traumatized ears. Doesn't everyone have their own music nowadays? This is just distraction. Turn. It. Off

Decent gym, staff are always friendly and it is kept clean. It could benefit from more equipment such as Olympic weight plates, etc but there is enough to get a good workout. If there could be an autism hour it would be greatly appreciated as I often experience sensory overload due to how loud the music is played (to the point I can’t even hear the music I’m playing through my headphones) even at 6am when there is hardly anyone at the gym.

Great gym and was all good until I tried cancelling my membership after several years. Kept being told by the staff that I had to cancel my membership via the app but the app kept telling me my membership was already cancelled so clearly a problem in the system that nobody wanted to help me with. Finally decided to cancel my DD so that money was not taken. Got emailed by the collections team to say I still owed a final payment so of course contested this and explained the cancellation issue but they were not having it and went on to add late payment fees even though I was in conversation with all parties about the issue of not been able to cancel in the app. Can’t understand how their issue has caused so much admin and £45 of extra costs and nobody wants to help get to the bottom of this problem and now they have sent the debt onto a debt collection agent. Appalling service especially as all the various departments are outsourced to third parties who have no interest in resolving issues. No wonder SLL will not be running the centre from April 24 and contract given to a new company.

Stumbled across this hidden gem having moved from London to Baldock in Feb 2022. A great gym with decent equipment availability, good vibe and very nice fitness staff. Would highly recommend to beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes.
