Margaret Nye1 StarI found a very low level of cleanliness especially in showers there is black mould in them which is very easy to clean off!! I have been again today 12th July and the mould is just growing from my report 2 months ago and a reply today says they take on board my previous comments. It takes 2 months to reply how much longer before any action is taken!!!!Thursday 5th October 2023
