As a 51 year old who has let them self go a bit since Covid, I was bit nervous but went along to a bring a friend session at CFB. It was brilliant fun, not what I was expecting at all. I had always thought CrossFit was only for super fit athletes, but CrossFit at CFB is for every one of any age and any fitness level. Classes have a maximum of 12 people so everyone gets what feels like personal attention. The coaches are amazing and guide you through all the workout moves making sure you know what you are doing. What I really love is the fact that everyone is doing the same workout, just at different levels appropriate for each individual. This really gives a sense of camaraderie and makes the atmosphere really supportive. I have not been at the gym long but can’t recommend it enough. If you have found a standard gym is not for you, definitely give CrossFit a go at CFB. 💪

I joined at the beginning of the year to lose weight and improve my fitness. My fitness has improved and I have lost 3kg of weight. All the coaches are amazing and the community are very friendly and helpful. The level method assessment is great way start so you can perform at recommend levels for the group workouts. The varied workouts and working out in a group keeps me motivated. I'm looking forward to pushing myself to the next level.

I'm new to the Crossfit world and this gym has exceeded all expectations. A new gym can be daunting for anyone but the owners, coaches and everyone who attends the classes make it the most comfortable environment to try new things and push yourself in ways you didn't know you could. If you're even considering Crossfit, I couldn't recommend this place more. I'm fully hooked!

I joined CFB temporarily whilst working from home to try and reduce the impact of hotel breakfasts. The team had been so welcoming, and understanding of my personal situation. I completed the PT classes with Alex who is so knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything I needed to for the group classes. I enjoyed how challenging they were and also seeing how I progressed through different parts of the level method table. I really wish I could transport CFB to Essex to continue on my CrossFit journey! Hats off to the team, keep it up 😁

Highly recommended! A great place to train. All the Coaches and other members are very friendly and welcoming. No matter how tired or unmotivated I feel before I go in, I always end up having a great workout. After completing my first month I can already feel a big improvement in my fitness.
